vstart.sh fails to start more than one radosgw process

Description

When running something like

MON=1 OSD=3 MDS=0 RGW=2 ../src/vstart.sh -d -n -x

all the radosgw processes try to listen on the same port, so only one of them starts successfully. It would be nice if vstart.sh would instead start them on different ports.
