Description

swift slo/dlo object can't be downloaded.

issue can be reproduced with belown steps:
ceph version 10.2.3-62-g5f003d6 (5f003d6e03876457ef9b19db91d7f2231f21d07f)

1.create a bucket with compression enabled
2.upload a swift object using slo/dlo
3.download the object with specific range or not(both malfunction)
