"I think our downstream CI tests have found a bug in ceph@master, can you help me file an upstream bug for this? All of our tests are failing when running this command. https://github.com/ceph/ceph-ansible/blob/master/roles/ceph-mon/tasks/ceph_keys.yml#L60"

12.0.0-2359-g3f4c4bf (3f4c4bf4a8d22a47fabcbccf6ae2ea2066450d63) was the last passing sha1.

12.0.0-2386-g654faee (654faeed16d41a780e9b0cf58afb08713a4aad11) was the sha1 where we first found the issue on April 9th.

Pretty sure this was the thing they were seeing because no Ceph-mgr was getting turned on.
