Description

As a part of building docs we use sphinx-ditaa, which might require support for python3, also once done, remove the python2 requirement for virtualenv as introducedi n https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/14438

the upstream https://github.com/baloo/sphinx-ditaa is py3 compatible, we just need to switch to it and make sure it does not break anything.
