rbd-mirror: silence -ENOENT error messages from logs

Description

The rbd-mirror-stress workunit results in hundreds of log messages relating to the primary image being deleted while replication is in-progress. These log messages should be reduced from error to info level. It's also important to ensure that the 'rbd mirror pool status' never enters the "ERROR" state due to a primary image being deleted since this causes sporadic failures of the test.
