closedqa: don't use a node for each kclient

Description
https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/pull/1156/commits/c5f6dfc14f47cca251dcac5c53f6369fd36ace1a
Right now each kernel mount in the recovery suite gets its own node, because we have to power cycle some of them. But we've learned the hard way that in addition to being inefficient, using extra machine counts can get jobs stuck perpetually behind other tests.

What's the proposed solution here? To isolate the tests that require killing mounts in a directory with a different cluster config?

Probably, though I'm not really sure. I just found https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/pull/1156/ in the depths of my email and was skimming through it and this was one of the TODOs you noted so I turned it into a ticket.

I had pushed several patches by adding unsharing network namespace support to fix this. More detail please see https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/44044.
