Description

This is a problem for nfs-ganesha, which needs to be able to perform a lookup of ".." in the root directory in order to fetch attributes for the inodes. This was resolved in kraken in commit 30d4ca01db0de9a1e12658793ba9bf9faf0331dd, and should be simple to cherry pick for jewel.
