Description

Now that ceph.git has qa/folder and scripts and yaml change wont affect the builds, we should not generate build
for those changes

This would only be possible if we check for a branch name convention (which we aren't enforcing in ceph-ci.git).

It is not possible to check the diff to determine what changed to make a logical decision based on that analysis. Do you have any ideas? Is this really urgent?

Feel free to re-open if you provide more information on how best to tackle this. As of now I don't see a clear way on how to accomplish it other than pushing to ceph.git vs ceph-ci.git
