Description
A cluster set with min_size 1 experienced issues where OSD nodes randomly restarted.
osd.1 will not come back up because of a missing osdmap. Log attached with (debug ms = 1, debug filestore = 20, debug osd = 20, debug journal = 20)
This resulted in a bunch of incomplete PGs, few of which are not recoverable with ceph-objectstore-tool (PG export fail on missing osdmap epoch).
ceph version 0.94.7 (d56bdf93ced6b80b07397d57e3fa68fe68304432)

Not ceph related but more likely a hardware issue.
