Description

  1. move rbd_mirror.sh helper functions to shared script that supports teuthology
  2. create a test case for bootstrap of an in-use image
  3. create a test case for creating, replicating, and deleting hundreds of images
  4. create a test case for deleting an image while bootstrap is in-progress
