Description

- We should have Better explanation of loglevels

http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/rados/troubleshooting/log-and-debug/#subsystem-log-and-debug-settings

If we see this link we can not understand that , log levels in ceph 20, ..., 15, .. 10, ..0, -1

are how mapped to Linux standard log levels like INFO, WARN, DEBUG etc

Also given here : http://elinux.org/Debugging_by_printing

and for developers

should update $top_srcdir/dev/logs.rst accordingly

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.

If you think that the closing of this bug is an error, raise another bug of a similar kind. If you think that the matter requires urgent attention, please let Zac Dover know at .
