Description

Those are fairly nonsensical. Amongst other things, they induce a divide-by-zero in the StrayManager right now.

We already validate layouts in Server.cc. We could also validate them on load from disk or during scrub...?

Perhaps the cluster is old and they broke it prior to us having effective validation? I'm not sure how we could have accidentally set bad values like that.

It was a brand new 9.2 cluster. Haven't yet seen the issue again..
