FYI https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/6889 does not cherry-pick cleanly to Hammer due to the RBD refactor. It looks like the lseek() call is in src/rbd.cc on Hammer (it's in src/tools/rbd/action/MergeDiff.cc on master).
