Description

Hi,

when executing a 'radosgw-admin metadata list user' without having any user's within the pool defined yet, the following error will be raised:

ERROR: lists_keys_next(): (2) No such file or directory
2015-10-26 10:08:18.059624 7f477a046780 -1 failed to list objects pool_iterate returned r=-2

Instead of this, I'd simply expect an empty dict '[]'.
