Description

The ability to create many CRUSH rules isn't very helpful if you can't use them all! Implement all appropriate ways to specify a CRUSH rule for pools to use.

Added crush_rule parameters/data members as appropriate to OSDMonitor pool creation functions, objecter, librados, and MPoolOp. Currently, it's only accessible through the rados tool but the only other way to create pools is as an OSD Monitor command, and that sucks anyway.
Pushed to unstable.
