Description
Log summary line: "Command failed on burnupi59 with status 137: 'TESTDIR=/home/ubuntu/cephtest bash -s'"
bash: line 33: 14077 Killed /usr/local/samba/bin/smbtorture --password=ubuntu //localhost/ceph base.scan-pipe_number
This test is scanning up through the pipes and the last output was for 15406. I think it must have run out of allowed file descriptors or something, but I don't know why that doesn't happen more regularly.

this test case makes smbd allocate tens of GBs memory. maybe smbd got killed during the test

It doesn't look like that in the error logs to me; I think it just failed to allocate — but perhaps I'm misreading the output. Either way though, this runs in every suite so I'm not sure what was different this time.
