Description
(02:21:43 PM) tv: host locking db gets an extra column, sshpubkey
(02:22:12 PM) tv: reinstalling script does ssh-keyscan (or same with paramiko) and updates that, after each install
(02:22:34 PM) tv: locking yaml gets pubkey added below every hostname
(02:22:39 PM) tv: stop loading ~/.ssh/known_hosts

This is all working in the hostkey branch. I'm going to wait to merge it until we have a better machine to run the lock and queue servers, so teuthology users don't need to update their configs twice.
